Abstract

Abstract: Organ Transplantation is a method which cn save lives of patients at risk due organ failure. Organ harvesting will save another patient by taking the organ from the organ donation. This process could not be prepared in advance. Although it is not happen frequently, it is verv important. As a result. the organs could not stay outside its own bodies for long time. This process is very fast and critical. As for more than twenty years experiences of the quthors who works at operating room found the problems including the lack of the expesienced staff and equipment to harvest the organ. The author and the operating nurse team solve the problems sustematicallv in term of staff competency and innovation in order to serve of organ transplantation system effectively.
