บทบาทของพยาบาลกับการส่งเสริมบทบาทของบิดาวัยรุ่น

บทคัดย่อ
พยาบาลมีีบทบาทสำคัญในการดููแลทั้งบิิดาและมารดาวัยรุ่นตั้งแต่ระยะตั้งครรภ์ ไปจนถึึงระยะเเลี้ยงดูบุตร การส่งเสริมบทบาทบิิดาวัยรุ่นในการเเปลี่ยนผ่านทั้งบทบาทที่่เป็็นวััยรุ่นและบทบาทของการเป็็นบิิดามีีส่วนช่วยให้้มารดาและบุุตรได้้รัับการดููแลที่่ครอบคลุมทั้งทางด้านร่างกายและจิิตใจ บทความวิชาการนี้้มีวััตถุุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนและนำเสนอวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งเสริมให้บิดาวัยรุ่นสามารถเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมและแสดงบทบาทในการดูแลมารดาและบุตรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ มีสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวที่มีความแน่นแฟ้นขึ้นโดยเริ่มตั้งแต่ระยะตั้งครรภ์ พยาบาลควรประเมินความรู้สึกของบิดาวัยุร่นเมื่อทราบว่าภรรยาตั้งครรภ์ จัดบริการแก่บิดาวัยรุ่นเฉพาะราย ส่งเสริมการปรับบทบาทการเป็นบิดา ส่งเสริมความเท่าเทียมกันในบทบาทของผู้ชายและผู้หญิง และประเมินภาวะเสี่ยงของบิดาวัยรุ่นเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ในรยะคลอดพยาบาลควรให้การดูแลทางด้านร่างกายและจิตใจมารดาและบิดาวัยรุ่น และส่งเสริมสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบิดา มารดา และทารกเพื่อกระตุ้นให้เกิดความรู้สึกผูกพันต่อกัน ส่วนในระยะหลังคลอดพยาบาลควรส่งเสริมการปรับบทบาทการเป็นบิดา ส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของบิดาในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ และการแนะนำการคุมกำเนิดที่เหมาะสมเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำในมารดาวัยรุ่นและในระยะเลี้ยงดูบุตร พยาบาลควรส่งเสริมให้บิดามีส่วนร่วมในการเลี้ยงดูบุตรและมีรูปแบบในการดูแลบุตรที่เป็นไปในแนวทางเดียวกันเพื่อป้องกันความขัดแย้งภายในครอบครัว
