การดูแลป้องกันแผลที่เท้าของผู้เป็นเบาหวาน : การประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคลของเพบพลาว

บทคัดย่อ :
ผู้เป็นเบาหวานมีความเสี่ยงสููงต่อการเกิดแผลที่เท้า เนื่องจากมีการเสื่อมของหลอดเลือดที่ตีบแคบลงทำให้เลือดไปเลี้ยงน้อยลงร่วมกับมีการเสื่อมของเส้นประสาทไปเลี้ยงที่เท้า กล้ามเนื้อที่ฝ่าเท้าอ่อนแรงลีีบแฟบเกิิดเท้าผิดรููป มีอาการชา ผิวหนังแตกแห้ง และเกิดแผลที่เท้า นำไปสู่การตัดเท้า ดังนั้น การดููแลผู้เป็นเบาหวานเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดแผลที่เท้าจึงเป็นสิ่งสำคัญบทความฉบับนี้มีวัตถุุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอความรู้ในการดููแลเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดแผลที่เท้าของผู้เป็นเบาหวาน กรณีตัวอย่างและบทบาทพยาบาล โดยนำทฤษฎีสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุุคคลของเพบพลาวมาประยุุกต์ใช้ เพื่อให้ผู้เป็นเบาหวานตระหนักถึงความสำคัญ และเห็นศักยภาพตนเองในการป้องกันการเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่เท้าในระยะยาว
