บทคัดย่อ
การจััดการตนเองที่เหมาะสมจะช่่วยลดความรุุนแรงและชะลอความเสื่อมของโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมในผู้สูงอายุุ การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาหาความสััมพันธ์ เพื่อศึึกษาความรอบรู้ด้านสุุขภาพการจัดการตนเอง และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุุขภาพ และการจัดการตนเองในผู้สูงอายุุโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมระยะที่่ 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สููงอายุุที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่าเป็นโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมระยะที่่ 3 ที่่มารับบริการ ณ แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดปทุุมธานีคัดเลือกกลุ่มตััวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 88 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมููล ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมููลส่วนบุุคคล แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุุขภาพในผู้สููงอายุุโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมและแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการจัดการตนเองในผู้สููงอายุโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อม วิเคราะห์ข้อมููลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและสถิติสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุุขภาพและการจัดการตนเองอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และความรอบรู้ด้านสุุขภาพมีีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการจัดการตนเองในระดับปานกลาง ผลการศึกษาเป็นข้อมููลพื้นฐานสำหรับพยาบาลและบุุคลากรด้านสุุขภาพ ในการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้ านสุุขภาพของผู้สููงอายุุโรคข้อเข่าเสื่อมเพื่อให้มีการจัดการตนเองที่่ดีขึ้น
