บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ที่เป็นเบาหวานขึ้นจอประสาทตาภายหลังการผ่าตัดจอประสาทตาหลุดลอก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ที่เป็นเบาหวานขึ้นจอประสาทตาภายหลังการผ่าตัดจอประสาทตาหลุดลอก แผนกผู้ป่วยนอกจักษุ โรงพยาบาลสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์จำนวน 75 ราย เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความวิตกกังวลขณะเผชิญ แบบสอบถามความสามารถในการทำกิจกรรม แบบสอบถามการได้รับการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว และแบบสอบถามคุณภาพชีวิตด้านการมองเห็น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ที่เป็นเบาหวานขึ้นจอประสาทตาภายหลังการผ่าตัดจอประสาทตาหลุดลอกอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ที่เป็นเบาหวานขึ้นจอประสาทตาภายหลังการผ่าตัดจอประสาทตาหลุดลอก ได้แก่ ความบกพร่องในการมองเห็นความยากลำบากในการทำกิจกรรม และความวิตกกังวลมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับคุณภาพชีวิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และแรงสนับสนุนของครอบครัวมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับคุณภาพชีวิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนระดับน้ำตาลสะสมในเลือดไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ผลการศึกษาสนับสนุนการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ที่เป็นเบาหวานขึ้นจอประสาทตาภายหลังการผ่าตัดจอประสาทตาหลุดลอกที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการคงระดับการมองเห็นไม่ให้แย่ลง การลดความวิตกกังวล การส่งเสริมการทำกิจกรรมและการสนับสนุนของครอบครัว
