การพัฒนาแบบวัดการควบคุมตนเองของมารดาในระยะคลอด

บทคัดย่อ
การควบคุมตนเองในระยะคลอดเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการรับรู้ประสบการณ์การคลอดและส่งผลต่อผลลัพธ์ที่ดีของการตั้งครรภ์ แต่ในประเทศไทยยังขาดเครื่องมือที่จะสามารถประเมินการควบคุมตนเองของมารดาในระยะคลอดได้โดยตรง การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบวัดการควบคุมตนเองของมารดาในระยะคลอดและตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติทางด้านจิตมิติของแบบวัด พัฒนาข้อคำถามจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรม โดยสร้างข้อคำถามที่สะท้อนควาหมายขององค์ประกอบที่สกัดจากงานวิจัยที่เป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ ข้อคำถามเบื้องต้นจำนวน 40 ข้อ ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นมารดาหลังคลอดปกติครบกำหนดในระยะ 24 ชั่วโมงหลังคลอดที่อายุมากกว่า 18 ปี สามารถอ่าน เขียน และเข้าใจภาษาไทย จำนวน 364 ราย เก็บข้อมูลโดยให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างทำแบบสอบถามด้วยตนเอง วิเคราะห์ความตรงและความเที่ยงเชิงโครงเสร้างเพื่อยืนยันองค์ประกอบ (second-order confirmatory factor analysis) ด้วยโปรแกรมลิสเรลผลการศึกษาพบว่า จากการสกัดองค์ประกอบทำให้ได้ข้อคำถามจำนวน 21 ข้อ ที่สะท้อน 5 องค์ประกอบคือ 1) การตัดสินใจด้วยตนเอง 2)การเคารพตนเองและการเคารพผู้อื่น 3) สัมพันธภาพกับผู้อื่นในระหว่างการคลอด 4) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการคลอด และ 5) การขาดการควบคุมตนเอง มีคุณสมบัติผ่านเกณฑ์การตรวจสอบทั้งด้านความตรงทางด้านเนื้อหา ความตรงเชิงสภาวะสันนิษฐานหรือความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง ความตรงสู่สมบูรณ์ และความตรงเชิงจำแนกในระดับที่ดีและยอมรับได้ มีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบของการควบคุมตนเองในระยะคลอดมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติโดยแต่ละองค์ประกอบมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาคที่สะท้อนความสอดคล้องภายในได้ดี และแบบวัดทั้งฉบับมีค่าสัมประสิทธ์อัลฟาของครอนบาคค่อนข้างสูง อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ยอมรับได้สำหรับแบบวัดที่สร้างขึ้นใหม่ และมีความเที่ยงเชิงโครงสร้างทั้งในรายองค์ประกอบและแบบวัดทั้งฉบับอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ยอมรับได้ ซึ่งแบบวัดการควบคุมตนเองในระยะคลอดนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพของการพยาบาลมารดาในระยะคลอดได้ต่อไป
