An acquired anti-interferon-gamma autoantibody syndrome is well-recognized entity presented in non-HIV and previously healthy patients with susceptibly to severe and recalcitrant intracellular opportunistic infections. We describe a case of HIV-negative, interferon-gamma-autoantibody –positive, Thai male who presented with severe and recalcitrant disseminated Mycobacterium abscessus infection with history of tuberous lymphadenitis, genital herpes simplex and Salmonella group B infection
Keywords: anti-interferon-gamma autoantibody, mycobacterium infection, opportunistic infections
