Abstract

Cheilitis granulomatosa (CG) is a rare inflammatory disorder of the lip. The cause of CG is unknown. When CG is accompanied by facial palsy and plicated tongue, it was referred to as Melkersson–Rosenthal syndrome. We reported a 34-year-old Thai female patient presented with painless lower lip swelling and fissured tongue for a few months. Confirmed by histopathologic study of the lower lip, cheilitis granulomatosa was diagnosed.
