Abstract

Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (ALHE) is a rare vascular proliferative disease with unknown etiology. The predilection sites are head and neck but uncommon on extremities.

We report a 36-year-old Thai female with multiple lesions of ALHE on her right upper extremity. She had high serum IgE level. The histopathology revealed typical findings of ALHE. The immunohistochemical staining was  positive for capillary  but  negative for lymphatic markers and HHV 8. No arteriovenous shunting was found.
