Treatment of Multiple Facial Flat Warts with 5%Imiquimod Cream

Imiquimod is a unique topical therapeutic agent useful in the treatment of external genital and perianal warts (condyloma acuminata) in adult. The author report a case of 26-year –old man who experienced complete clearance of multiple facial flat warts after 4 weeks of therapy with topical imiquimod 5% cream and glycolic soap.
