Abstract

 

We report a case of Hunter syndrome. An 8 year old Thai boy presented with multiple solid skin colored papules on both scapulae and generalized thick, inelastic skin since he was 6 year old. The histopathology showed deposited of mucin in the dermis and urine mucopolysaccharide was positive. This is a rare inherited disease with progressive deterioration and no effective treatment.
