บทคัดย่อ

We reported a case with acute graft versus host disease manifested as toxic epidermal necrolysis-like lesion after allogeneic bone marrow transplantation.The patient had progressive multiple organs involvement and eventually expired from severe pneumonia and acute renal failure.
