องค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ของผลการดำเนินงานของฝ่ายการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลเอกชนสังกัดมูลนิธิการกุศล

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา องค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ของผลการดำเนินงานของฝ่าย การพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลเอกชนสังกัดมูลนิธิการกุศล ประชากรคือผู้บริหารฝ่ายการพยาบาลจำนวน 253 คน ของโรงพยาบาลเอกชนสังกัดมูลนิธิการกุศล ขนาด 100 เตียงขึ้นไปจำนวน 10 โรงพยาบาล เครื่องมือวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ชนิดกึ่งโครงสร้างและแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ เชิงสำรวจ และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผลการดำเนินงานของฝ่าย การพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลเอกชนในสังกัดมูลนิธิการกุศล มี 7 องค์ประกอบซี่งมี 59 ตัวบ่งชี้ ความแปรปรวนรวมกัน ร้อยละ 61.73 เรียงลำดับความสำคัญดังนี้ 1) ด้านแผน กลยุทธ์และแผนปฏิบัติงานประจำปี มี 14 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2) ด้าน การบริหารงานตามความเชื่อและปรัชญาของฝ่ายการ พยาบาล มี 11 ตัวบ่งชี้ 3) ด้านการจัดการเทคโนโลยี การวิจัยและการจัดการความรู้ มี 12 ตัวบ่งชี้ 4) ด้านการ จัดการการเงินและงบประมาณ มี 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ 5) ด้านการ พัฒนาบุคลากรมี 9 ตัวบ่งชี้ 6) ด้านผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาล มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ และ7) ด้านการบริหารบุคลากร มี 4 ตัวบ่งชี้

The components and indicators of nursing organizational performance in private hospitals under non-profit foundation.

The purpose of this descriptive research was to study the components and indicators of nursing organizational performance in private hospitals under non-profit foundation. The sample consisted of 253 personnel from nursing organizational managements of ten 100-bed hospitals. The research instruments were semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using content analysis, factor analysis: exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis.

The results were as follows. There were seven components of nursing organizational performance in private hospitals under non-profit foundation. These components accounted for 61.73 percents of total variance, and described by 59 indicators. According to confirmatory factor analysis, significant components in the order of the highest to lowest scores were as follows. 1) The strategic plans and operational plans including 14 indicators. 2) The management based on beliefs and philosophies of nursing organizational including 11 indicators. 3) The technology management, research, and knowledge management including 12 indicators. 4) The finance and budget management including 5 indicators.5) The personnel development including 9 indicators. 6) The nursing outcome including 4 indicators. 7) The personnel management including 4 indicators.
