ประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยภาวะสมองเสื่อมของนักศึกษาพยาบาล คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบรรยายประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยภาวะสมองเสื่อม ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ จำนวน 6 คนที่มีประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะสมองเสื่อม วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสะท้อนจากการดูแลผู้ป่วยภาวะสมองเสื่อมไว้ดังนี้ 1) ผู้ดูแลหลักเป็นบุคคลที่สำคัญมากที่สุด และ 2) ภาษาเป็นสิ่งสำคัญในการสื่อสารสำหรับความรู้สึกที่ผู้ให้ข้อมลู สะท้อนออกมาคือผู้ป่วยและผู้ดูแลเป็นกัลยาณมิตร

Experiences in dementia care among nursing students at the Faculty of Nursing Princess of Naradhiwas University.

The purpose of this phenomenological study was to describe experiences of dementia care among nursing students at the Faculty of Nursing, Princess of Naradhiwas University. The informants were six students from baccalaureate nursing program at the Faculty of Nursing, Princess of Naradhiwas University who had experiences in dementia care. Data were collected using structured in-depth interview method. Content analysis was used in data analysis.

The results were as follows. Nursing students described the experienced of dementia care that the caregivers were the most significant person and the language used was important in communication. They perceived patients and caregivers as goodwill.
