บทคัดย่อ

ผู้ป่วยมะเร็งตับในประเทศไทยมีแนวโน้มสูงขึ้น ส่วนใหญ่เข้ารับการรักษาด้วยอาการ จากมะเร็งตับระยะกลางซึ่งมีการรักษาตามมาตรฐานคือการฉีดยาเคมีบำบัดเข้าก้อนมะเร็ง ตับเฉพาะที่ โดยผู้ป่วยต้องมีภาวะโภชนาการที่เหมาะสมเพื่อพร้อมเข้ารับการรักษาตามรอบ การรักษาได้ การดูแลด้านอาหารเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญของการรักษาในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งตับ ที่เข้ารับการรักษาด้วยวิธีฉีดยาเคมีบำบัดเข้าก้อนมะเร็งตับเฉพาะที่ และต้องการความร่วมมือ ในทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพที่มีพยาบาลเป็นผู้นำทีม

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวคิดทฤษฎีในการส่งเสริมการดูแลตนเอง ด้านอาหารสำหรับผู้ป่วยมะเร็งตับที่เข้ารับการรักษาด้วยวิธีฉีดยาเคมีบำบัดเข้าก้อนมะเร็งตับ เฉพาะที่ ตามกรอบแนวคิดของโอเร็มและวิธีการส่งเสริมการดูแลตนเองด้านอาหารที่เหมาะสม โดยครอบคลุมประเด็นสำคัญดังนี้ 1) แนวคิดการส่งเสริมการดูแลตนเอง 2) การดูแลด้าน อาหารร่วมกับทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพ 3) ทฤษฎีและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งเสริมการดูแลตนเอง ด้านอาหาร การประเมินภาวะโภชนาการ การดูแลด้านอาหารสำหรับผู้ป่วยมะเร็งตับ และวิธีการ ให้คำแนะนำในการรับประทานอาหาร และ 4) การประยุกต์ใช้แนวทางส่งเสริมการดูแลตนเอง ด้านอาหารสำหรับผู้ป่วยมะเร็งตับที่เข้ารับการรักษาด้วยวิธีฉีดยาเคมีบำบัดเข้าก้อนมะเร็งตับ เฉพาะที่ ซึ่งพยาบาลมีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนาแนวทางการส่งเสริมการดูแลตนเอง ด้านอาหาร โดยประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดการส่งเสริมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยแบบมีเป้าหมาย ด้วยการปรับปรุงวิธีการสนับสนุน กำกับและติดตามอย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นรายบุคคล
