Abstract

The objective of this article is to propose some guidelines for
community engaged implementation of public healthcare policies.
To engage the community is a challenging role of community
nurses, whose duty involves application of the said policies to
developing sustainable approaches to health promotion and
disease prevention.

Their role contributes to the formation of community policies
based on mutual decision making and consent, which are
to be achieved through option analysis, databases and
knowledge of community health, dialogues, activities
for mutual learning, and public discussion forums.
The policies shall then be implemented to ensure concrete outcomes,
with a clear work and follow-up timetable.
The implementation of the policies is subject to assessment
by the community health networks’ members, state
organisations, and local academic sector. The opinions and
recommendations obtained from the assessment
process are the basis on which agreements and measures
will be stipulated for all community members to acknowledge and follow.

สร้างข้อตกลงกำาหนดมาตรการให้คนในชุมชนทราบและยอมรับนำาไปสู่ปฏิบัติร่วมกัน
