This miscellaneous article presents practical knowledge for caregivers caring for older persons with bowel & bladder incontinence those are at risk of skin irritation & inflammation.  Caregivers should be aware of the problems and pay attention in skin care of older persons in order to prevent skin irritation & inflammation at an early stage.
