Abstract
This article presents the case study of general anesthesia in chronic diseases patients with cervical spine dislocation: challenge role of nurse anesthetist. Contents included: knowledge regarding spine and spinal cord injury; nursing care of patients with cervical dislocation undergone surgery under general anesthesia; case study of diabetes patients with cervical spine dislocation who undergone surgery; and the lessons’ learnt.
