Preschool children are prone to have health problems due to their rapid growth, love of freedom and independent. However, their growth may not fully function. Thus, they tend to have health problems.   Frequently health problems found were: nutritional problems, dental carries, common illnesses and communicable diseases, accident and injury, and delaying of growth and development. Parents play important roles in promoting growth and development, as well as, in preventing health of preschool children.  It is suggested that professional nurses working in well baby clinics should assess health risks, and provide advice for parents to help reduce risk factors in order to prevent health problems of preschool children effectively.
