ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความตั้งใจในการรายงานเหตุการณ์เกือบพลาดของพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลศูนย์เขตภาคเหนือ

การรายงานเหตุการณ์เกือบพลาดช่วยให้พยาบาลสามารถแก้ไขสาเหตุและป้องกันการเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ในอนาคต การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบหาความสัมพันธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความตั้งใจในการรายงานเหตุการณ์เกือบพลาดของพยาบาลในโรงพยาบาลศูนย์เขตภาคเหนือและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความตั้งใจของพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพจำนวน 438 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบวัดทัศนคติ แบบวัดบรรทัดฐานกลุ่มอ้างอิง แบบวัดการรับรู้การควบคุมอุปสรรค และแบบวัดความตั้งใจของพยาบาลในการรายงานเหตุการณ์เกือบพลาด ซึ่งทั้งหมดถูกสร้างขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัย ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นอัลฟ่าของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .96 .90 .90 และ .97 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ร้อยละ 56 ของพยาบาลมีความตั้งใจในการรายงานเหตุการณ์เกือบพลาดอยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 40 ของพยาบาลมีความตั้งใจในการรายงานเหตุการณ์เกือบพลาดอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และร้อยละ 4 ของพยาบาลมีความตั้งใจในการรายงานเหตุการณ์เกือบพลาดอยู่ในระดับน้อย
2. ทัศนคติ บรรทัดฐานกลุ่มอ้างอิงและการรับรู้การควบคุมอุปสรรคมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความตั้งใจในการรายงานเหตุการณ์ (rs=.29, p=.001, rs=.48, p=.001, rs=.19, p=.001)
จากผลการศึกษานี้ ผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลควรทำการส่งเสริมให้พยาบาลมีการรายงานเหตุการณ์เกือบพลาดด้วยการจัดระบบการรายงานที่สะดวกและไม่มีการตำหนิผู้ที่รายงาน และควรมีการทำวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมส่งเสริมให้พยาบาลมีการรายงานเหตุการณ์ตามกรอบทฤษฎีการวางแผนพฤติกรรม
