ประสบการณ์การเปลี่ยนผ่านของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งตับและท่อน้ำดีภายหลังการใส่สายระบาย ผ่านผิวหนังและเนื้อตับเข้าสู่ท่อน้ำดีครั้งแรก

การศึกษาวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบพรรณาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์การเปลี่ยนผ่านของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งตับและท่อน้ำดีภายหลังการใส่สายระบายผ่านผิวหนังและเนื้อตับเข้าสู่ท่อน้ำดีครั้งแรก ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้ป่วยมะเร็งตับและท่อน้ำดีภายหลังการใส่สายระบายผ่านผิวหนังและเนื้อตับเข้าสู่ท่อน้ำดีครั้งแรก จำนวน 10 คน คัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเจาะจง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการเปลี่ยนผ่านของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งตับและท่อน้ำดีภายหลังการใส่สายระบายผ่านผิวหนังและ
เนื้อตับเข้าสู่ท่อน้ำดีครั้งแรก สรุปได้เป็น 4 ประเด็นหลัก ดังนี้ 1) ความตึงเครียดทางอารมณ์ ประกอบด้วย กลัวสายหลุด กังวลกับการดูแลตนเอง และท้อแท้ไม่อยากมีชีวิตอยู่ 2) ชีวิตการทำงานที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป ประกอบด้วย ทำงานไม่ได้ และขาดรายได้ 3) ยอมรับความเจ็บป่วย ประกอบด้วย ปฏิบัติตามแผนการรักษาแพทย์และดูแลตนเองเพิ่มขึ้น และ
4) มีความหวังในชีวิต ผลการศึกษานี้ทำให้เข้าใจการเปลี่ยนผ่านของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งตับและท่อน้ำดีภายหลังการใส่สายระบายผ่านผิวหนังและเนื้อตับเข้าสู่ท่อน้ำดีครั้งแรก ซึ่งสามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานสำหรับพยาบาลในการเตรียมความพร้อมผู้ป่วยเพื่อเข้าสู่การเปลี่ยนผ่านประสบการณ์ใหม่ได้อย่างราบรื่น
