บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ: ภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงานนำไปสู่การลาออกและการสูญเสียบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ โดยเฉพาะในโรงพยาบาลเอกชนซึ่งบุคลากรมีความกดดันและคาดหวังจากผู้รับบริการในระดับสูง
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การทำงาน ชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ต่อภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงานของบุคลากรในโรงพยาบาลเอกชน อำเภอเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี
วิธีการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้คือ บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวข้องกับการรักษาพยาบาลหรืองานบริการทางการแพทย์ ในโรงพยาบาลเอกชน 4 แห่ง จำนวน 348 คน จากทั้งหมด 2,211 คน คำนวณขนาดตัวอย่างสำหรับวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยเชิงพหุ และทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบมีระบบ เก็บข้อมูลโดย แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเที่ยง 0.89 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุ
ผลการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงอายุเฉลี่ย 32.45 ปี พบว่าปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อภาวะหมดไฟในการทำงาน คือ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน ความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงาน การเคยคิดลาออกจากอาชีพ ความเพียงพอของการมีเวลาส่วนตัว และสถานภาพทางเศรษฐกิจ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05
สรุป: โรงพยาบาลเอกชนควรพัฒนาและสนับสนุนบุคลากร รวมถึงการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมและระบบงานให้เอื้อต่อการป้องกันหรือลดภาวะหมดไฟ โดยต้องคำนึงถึงทั้งปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยการทำงาน และชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ของบุคลากร
