บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: พระสงฆ์เป็นกลุ่มประชากรเฉพาะที่มีวิถีชีวิตแตกต่างและมีความเสี่ยงต่อโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง การศึกษาปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับกิจกรรมทางกายในอำเภอเมืองราชบุรีจะช่วยกำหนดแนวทางส่งเสริมที่เหมาะสมกับบริบท เพื่อสนับสนุนคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของพระสงฆ์ วัสดุและวิธีการ: การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางในกลุ่มตัวอย่างพระสงฆ์ 180 รูปจาก 18 วัดในอำเภอเมืองราชบุรี จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามที่ครอบคลุมปัจจัยระดับบุคคล ปัจจัย เชิงจิตวิทยา ปัจจัยสังคม ปัจจัยสิ่งแวดล้อม และกิจกรรมทางกาย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปพรรณนาลักษณะของตัวแปรด้วยร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรด้วยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจิสติก ผลการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีแรงจูงใจภายใน แรงจูงใจภายนอก และการรับรู้ความสามารถตนเองในระดับสูง (ร้อยละ 82.2, 82.2 และ 80.6 ตามล าดับ) ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากคณะสงฆ์และฆราวาสในระดับสูงร้อยละ 66.1 และ 43.3 รับรู้ว่าสภาพแวดล้อมทั้งภายในและภายนอกวัดเอื้อต่อกิจกรรมทางกายในระดับสูงร้อยละ 67.8 และ 81.7 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เกือบทั้งหมด (ร้อยละ 97.8) มีกิจกรรมทางกายเพียงพอ (≥600 MET-minutes/week) และร้อยละ 79.4 อยู่ในระดับสูง โดยผลการวิเคราะห์แบบพหุตัวแปรพบว่า ระยะเวลาการจำพรรษา (AOR = 2.53; 95% CI = 1.19–5.38; P = .016) และการรับรู้ความสามารถตนเอง (AOR = 3.10; 95% CI = 1.34–7.14; P = .008) มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับกิจกรรมทางกายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ สรุปผล: พระสงฆ์เกือบทั้งหมดมีกิจกรรมทางกายเพียงพอ โดยส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับสูง ระยะเวลาการจำพรรษาและการรับรู้ความสามารถตนเองมีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับกิจกรรมทางกาย จึงควรส่งเสริมกิจกรรมทางกายโดยมุ่งเสริมสร้างการรับรู้ความสามารถตนเอง และพัฒนาโปรแกรมที่เหมาะสมตามระยะเวลาการจำพรรษาให้สอดคล้องกับวิถีสงฆ์และพระธรรมวินัย
