การสำรวจความต้องการและความคาดหวังของบุคลากรสายวิชาการและสายสนับสนุนเพื่อการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์โครงการพัฒนาแพทยศาสตรศึกษาและงานวิจัยการศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์: 1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมในการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ MERD ของบุคลากรสายวิชาการและสายสนับสนุนการศึกษา คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาลเพื่อที่เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการและความคาดหวังการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ MERD ของบุคลากรสายวิชาการและสายสนับสนุนการศึกษา คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล
วิธีการ: งานวิจัยเชิงสำรวจโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นบุคลากรสายวิชาการและสายสนับสนุนการศึกษา ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล จำนวน 418 คน ใช้สถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษา: 1) พฤติกรรมในการใช้งาน ส่วนใหญ่ยังไม่เคยใช้เลย ร้อยละ 78.5 ซึ่งหากพิจารณาจากผู้เคยใช้งานเว็บไซต์ MERD จะพบว่า ส่วนใหญ่มีใช้งาน เพื่อหาข้อมูล ข่าวสาร สารสนเทศ ความรู้ต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับด้านแพทยศาสตรศึกษาและงานวิจัยทางการศึกษา 1 ครั้ง/สัปดาห์ ร้อยละ 16.8 ใช้ระยะเวลาน้อยกว่า 1 ชม./ครั้ง ร้อยละ 17.5 ในช่วงเวลาหลังเลิกงาน ร้อยละ 8.9 จำนวนเฉลี่ยของเว็บไซต์ที่เปิดใช้ 2 - 5 เว็บไซต์ ร้อยละ 12.5 ใช้งานจากที่ทำงาน ร้อยละ 12.2 และตนเองมีอิทธิพลมากที่สุดต่อการเข้าใช้งาน จำนวน 39 คน ร้อยละ 12.9  2) ความต้องการและความคาดหวัง  โดยรวมในระดับมาก (= 3.83) และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีความต้องการและคาดหวังมากที่สุดคือ ด้านการบริการ ในระดับมาก (= 4.21) รองลงมา คือ ด้านระบบการทำงาน ในระดับมาก (= 3.84) ด้านเนื้อหาสารสนเทศในเว็บไซต์ ในระดับมาก (= 3.71) และด้านความดึงดูดใจ ในระดับปานกลาง (= 2.98)
สรุป: การพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ เพื่อให้เกิดพฤติกรรมในการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ ควรคำนึงถึงความต้องการและความคาดหวังของผู้ใช้งานในด้านการบริการ เช่น ความน่าเชื่อถือ, ด้านระบบการทำงาน เช่น ความสะดวกในการใช้งาน, ด้านเนื้อหาสารสนเทศในเว็บไซต์, ด้านความดึงดูดใจ เช่น ออกแบบเว็บไซต์ที่สวยงาม

Needs assessment and expectations of academic staffs and supporting staffs for the development of medical education research and development website

Objective: 1) To study the behavior in uses MERD website of academic staffs and supporting staffs, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University for to be Learning Center 2) To study the needs and expectations of uses MERD website of academic staffs and supporting staffs, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University.
Methods: Survey research using questionnaire. The samples were academic staffs and supporting staffs, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, 418 was used in this study were The instruments used in research is Questionnaire and the statistics used in this study were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation.
Results: The result shows that 1) Behavior of Use, most never used 78.50%. If considered from the used website of MERD, found that most of the use of news and information and knowledge related to medical education and educational research 1 time per week 16.80%. Takes less than 1 hour per session, 17.50%. Use after work, 8.90%. The average number of sites that use 2-5 website, 12.50%. Used in offices 12.20% and self most influential on the use of 39 people 12.90%. 2) Needs and Expectations, the overall high level (= 3.83) and considering each aspect found that the needs and expectations of most are Services in high level (= 4.21) and the system works in high level (= 3.84) and the content and information website  in high level (= 3.71) and attractiveness in moderate level (= 2.98).
Conclusion:  Website development should take into account the needs and expectations of users in terms of services such as reliability, functionality, ease of use, content on the web, attractiveness such as beautiful website design.
