การพัฒนาสื่อวีดิทัศน์ เรื่องการ ปวดหลังระดับเอวสำหรับการเรียนรู้ ของนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 5 ภาค วิชาศัลยศาสตร์ออร์โธปิดิคส์และ กายภาพบำบัด คณะแพทยศาสตร์ ศิริราชพยาบาล

Abstract

At present there are rapid changes and developments of the information technology and communication. There
were the uses of VDO media in the instructional management especially in foreign countries. Whereas the amounts
of knowledge contents got larger, the time for the instructional management of department of orthopedic surgery was
little and tended to be decreased. Thus it was essential to develop the VDO media in order to improve the instructional
management to be more efficient with the objectives 1) to develop the VDO media on the topic of Low Back Pain for the
learning of fifth year medical students 2) to compare the outcome before and after learning and 3) to study the students’
satisfactions toward the VDO media on the topic of Low Back Pain in the form of experiment study.
The results of the research found that the VDO media on the topic of Low Back Pain for the learning as the
whole had the appropriate quality in high level in every item by the clearly meaningful of picture lists and sound for
enquiring on history records . The series of pictures for enquiring on history records had the highest average in the part
of contents as a whole had high level of appropriation. The contents which had the most appropriation was the x-ray
picture due to giving the details of disease concisely and showing clear demonstration method. The outcome after
using the VDO media was higher than before using it with .01 significant and the students’ satisfaction toward the VDO
media as the whole was in high level. In conclusion The development of VDO media on the topic of Low Back Pain for
the learning of fifth year medical students at department of orthopedic surgery Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital had
the good level of qualified and appropriate contents . The outcome of students after using the VDO media was in very
good level and higher than before using it.
