รพ.สต.ติดดาว : ภาระหรือโอกาสการพัฒนางานเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิในชุมชน

การวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลการดำเนินงานเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิ ด้านงานเภสัชกรรม การใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผล (RDU) และด้านคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค ของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล (รพ.สต.) ในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยใช้เกณฑ์รพ.สต.ติดดาวปี 2561 ของกระทรวงสาธารณสุข รวบรวมข้อมูลจากรพ.สต.ที่สมัครใจเข้าร่วมโครงการ 61 แห่ง และนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณา
ผลการประเมิน พบว่าภาพรวมงานเภสัชกรรมและ RDU ในรพ.สต.ได้คะแนนเฉลี่ย 61.75 จากคะแนนเต็ม 80 คะแนน (ร้อยละ 77.18) โดยภาพรวมพบว่าประเด็นที่เป็นจุดแข็งของรพ.สต.ส่วนใหญ่คือ การจัดเก็บยาเหมาะสม และมีจุดอ่อนในการประเด็นการควบคุมและการเบิกจ่ายเวชภัณฑ์ สำหรับภาพรวมด้านงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค รพ.สต.ได้คะแนนเฉลี่ย 26.33 จากคะแนนเต็ม 35 คะแนน (ร้อยละ 75.23) โดยประเด็นที่เป็นจุดแข็งของรพ.สต.ส่วนใหญ่ คือ การจัดการฐานข้อมูล และมีจุดอ่อนในประเด็นของบุคลากร เกณฑ์รพ.สต.ติดดาว นับเป็นโอกาสที่ทำให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ที่ดีของการพัฒนางานเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิในชุมชน และควรมีการดำเนินการต่อเนื่องโดยเน้นกระบวนการบูรณาการทำงานทั้งในหน่วยบริการและเครือข่ายในชุมชนเพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพและความยั่งยืนของงานเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิต่อไปเพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพและความยั่งยืนต่อไป
