Data were collected from 61 SDHs that voluntarily joined the project and analyzed using descriptive statistics.
The results showed that the overall of the pharmaceutical and RDU in SDHs received an average score of 61.75 out of the total score of 80 (77.18 percent). In total, the strength of SDHs was properly drug storage and the weakness was in regulating and disbursement of medical supplies. For health consumer protection, the total received an average score of 26.33 out of 35 points (75.23%). The strength of SDHs was database management and the weakness was in personnel issues.
Using criteria for Starred SDHs standard is a productive opportunity for the development of primary care pharmacy in the community and should be continued with emphasis on the integration process in both service units and community networks to ensure the efficiency and sustainability of primary care pharmacy.
