การรับรู้ด้านสุขภาพที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข ประจำหมู่บ้านเขตอำเภอปราสาท จังหวัดสุรินทร์

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ด้านสุขภาพที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ประชากรคือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านเขตอำเภอปราสาท จังหวัดสุรินทร์ จำนวน 2,591 คน โดยใช้สูตรการคำนวณขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของ Daniel เท่ากับ 325 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบมีระบบ เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนที่ 1 คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ส่วนที่ 2 การรับรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ส่วนที่ 3 พฤติกรรมสุขภาพ และนำไปทดลองใช้เพื่อวิเคราะห์ค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.851 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การรับรู้ด้านสุขภาพมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (=2.93, S.D.=0.26) พฤติกรรมสุขภาพมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (=3.21, S.D.=0.32) ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ พบว่า การรับรู้ด้านสุขภาพที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านเขตอำเภอปราสาท จังหวัดสุรินทร์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ประกอบด้วย การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงการเจ็บป่วย (r=0.243, P-value<0.001) การรับรู้ความรุนแรงการเจ็บป่วย (r=0.213, P-value<0.001) การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ (r=0.215, P-value<0.001) การรับรู้อุปสรรคของพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ (r=0.378, P-value<0.001) ตามลำดับ
