ความรู้ ทัศนคติและการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในครัวเรือนของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน เขตตำบลป่าแฝก อำเภอกงไกรลาศ จังหวัดสุโขทัย

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในครัวเรือนของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) เขตตำบลป่าแฝก จังหวัดสุโขทัย ประชากรคือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ปีงบประมาณ 2561 จำนวน 159 คน โดยใช้สูตรการคำนวณขนาดตัวอย่างที่ทราบจำนวนประชากรที่แน่นอนของ Daniel ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 97 ราย ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบมีระบบ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในครัวเรือน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความรู้เกี่ยวกับขยะมูลฝอยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับสูง ( =2.70, S.D.=0.550) ทัศนคติในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยภาพรวมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับสูง ( =2.75, S.D.=0.432) การจัดการขยะมูลฝอยมีระดับการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับสูงทั้ง 3 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย การใช้ซ้ำ ( =3.45, S.D.=0.639) การลดปริมาณขยะ ( =4.23, S.D.=0.470) และการนำขยะกลับมาใช้ประโยชน์ใหม่ ( =4.19, S.D.=0.486) ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์พบว่า ความรู้เกี่ยวกับขยะมูลฝอย และทัศนคติในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในครัวเรือนของ อสม. อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (r=0.296, P-value=0.006, r=0.503, P-value<0.001 ตามลำดับ) ข้อเสนอแนะ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลป่าแฝกควรมีกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการคัดแยกขยะที่ต้นทางเพื่อลดปัญหาขยะในชุมชน โดยให้ อสม.เป็นตัวอย่างในการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในครัวเรือน โดยใช้หลัก 3R คือ การใช้น้อยหรือการลดปริมาณขยะ การใช้ซ้ำ และการนำขยะกลับมาใช้ประโยชน์ใหม่
