การจัดการอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการจัดการด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก

ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเป็นส่วนหนึ่งขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินระดับการจัดการอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสมและศึกษาปัจจัยบริหารที่มีผลต่อการจัดการอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมใน 33 ของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กจังหวัดพัทลุง โดยใช้แบบสอบถามการจัดการอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมเป็นแบบสอบถามระดับ 5 ซึ่งค่าความถูกต้องของเนื้อหาคือ 0.985 ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วยครู ผู้ปกครองและเจ้าหน้าที่ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม จำนวน 246 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษานี้ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง ข้อมูลถูกรวบรวมระหว่างเดือนตุลาคม 2019 ถึงมีนาคม 2020 สถิติความถี่ เปอร์เซ็นต์ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติการถดถอยอย่างง่ายถูกใช้เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการจัดการสุขาภิบาลที่อยู่อาศัยอยู่ในระดับสูง (3.49±0.47) ในขณะที่ระดับการจัดการสุขาภิบาลอาหาร (3.25±0.39) การจัดการสุขาภิบาลน้ำประปา (3.25±0.39) และการจัดการขยะมูลฝอย (3.12±0.27) อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ตามลำดับ ปัจจัยการบริหารการจัดการด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินงานด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สามารถนำมาร่วมกันอธิบายความผันแปรของการบริหารจัดการจัดการด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมของศูนย์อยู่ที่ร้อยละ 72.2 (R2 = .722) ในระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่าการส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมให้บุคลากรมีความจำเป็นเพื่อส่งเสริมให้มีการดำเนินงานด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสมต่อไป
