การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของคณะทำงานพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต อำเภอพนม จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี

การวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วม เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วม ตามลักษณะปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วม ในการดำเนินงานพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของคณะทำงานพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต อำเภอพนม จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนมีนาคม ถึงพฤษภาคม 2563 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ คณะทำงานพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต อำเภอพนม จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี จำนวน 147 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 2) แบบสอบถามการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของคณะทำงานพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต โดยใช้แนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วมของ Cohen and Uphoff วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมาน t-test และ One-way ANOVA
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของคณะทำงานพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต อยู่ในระดับมาก ( =3.53, SD=0.56) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการค้นหาประเด็นปัญหา ( =3.67, SD=0.64) การมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนแก้ไขปัญหา ( =3.54, SD=0.64) และการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหา อยู่ในระดับมาก ( ==3.51, SD=0.60) ตามลำดับ การเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของคณะทำงานพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต อำเภอพนม จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้านเพศ ระยะเวลาที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในการเป็นคณะทำงานพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต และประสบการณ์การประชุมหรืออบรมเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต มีความแตกต่าง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05
ข้อเสนอแนะจากผลการวิจัยครั้ง คือ ควรมุ่งเน้นกระบวนการให้เกิดความต่อเนื่องของการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงาน คณะทำงานพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตควรเลือกบุคคลที่มีประสบการณ์ในการดำเนินงานพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตมาก่อน กรณีคณะทำงานยังไม่มีประสบการณ์ ควรมีกระบวนการในการจัดกิจกรรม เพื่อให้ความรู้ ทักษะ ในการดำเนินงานร่วมทีมในพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต ก่อนปฏิบัติงาน เพื่อให้ดำเนินงานตามเป้าหมายที่เป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน และควรสร้างกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมในทุกขั้นตอนของการดำเนินงาน เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
