ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออก: ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบ หมู่บ้านปลอดโรค กับหมู่บ้านที่มีการระบาดของโรคในตำบลน้ำผุด อำเภอเมืองตรัง จังหวัดตรัง

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับความรู้ เจตคติ การรับรู้ และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออกของประชาชนในหมู่บ้านปลอดโรคกับหมู่บ้านที่มีการระบาด และ(2) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออก ในตำบลน้ำผุด อำเภอเมืองตรัง จังหวัดตรัง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนที่เป็นตัวแทนครัวเรือน จำนวน 266 คน ประกอบด้วยหมู่บ้านที่มีการระบาด 149 คน และหมู่บ้านที่ปลอดโรค 117 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ไคสแควร์ และสหสัมพันธ์ของสเปียร์แมน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า หมู่บ้านปลอดโรค กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรู้ในระดับสูง เจตคติระดับดี การรับรู้ระดับปานกลาง พฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรค ระดับดี หมู่บ้านที่มีการระบาด กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรู้ระดับปานกลาง เจตคติระดับดี การรับรู้ระดับปานกลาง พฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรค ระดับดี ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันและควบคุมโรคไข้เลือดออก หมู่บ้านปลอดโรค คือ ด้านความรู้ เจตคติ การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยง การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการปฏิบัติตัว การได้รับการอบรม การได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสาร และประสบการณ์ป่วยของตนเองและญาติ หมู่บ้านที่มีการระบาด คือ ด้านเจตคติ
