ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินงานระบบสุขภาพระดับอำเภอ อำเภอนาทวี จังหวัดสงขลา

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบสุขภาพระดับอำเภอ อำเภอนาทวี จังหวัดสงขลา และเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดาเนินงานระบบสุขภาพระดับอำเภอ อำเภอนาทวี จังหวัดสงขลา
ประชากรในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นคณะกรรมการเครือข่ายสุขภาพระดับอำเภอ ในเขตอำเภอนาทวี จังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 138 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย
(1) การสนับสนุนจากองค์กร และการดำเนินงานระบบสุขภาพระดับอำเภอ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
(2) ความสัมพันธ์ของการสนับสนุนจากองค์กร กับ การดำเนินงานระบบสุขภาพระดับอำเภอ ปัจจัยด้านบุคคล ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ ด้านเวลา และด้านเทคโนโลยี มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการดำเนินงานระบบสุขภาพระดับอำเภอ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05)
(3) สมการพยากรณ์ พบว่าการสนับสนุนจากองค์กร ด้านเทคโนโลยีเป็นตัวแปรที่มีอำนาจพยากรณ์ที่ดีที่สุดต่อการดำเนินงานระบบสุขภาพระดับอำเภออย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) โดยมีความสามารถในการอธิบายการดำเนินงานระบบสุขภาพระดับอำเภอ ร้อยละ 51.30 และ
(4) ปัญหา พบว่าเครือข่ายสุขภาพระดับอำเภอขาดการประชุมขับเคลื่อนเพื่อวางแผนพัฒนางาน ข้อเสนอแนะ คือ ควรมีการประชุมขับเคลื่อน การวางแผนพัฒนา ติดตามควบคุมและมีการประเมินผล อย่างต่อเนื่อง
