การวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์การจัดการนวัตกรรมทางการพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลนครพิงค์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์การจัดการนวัตกรรมทางการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลนครพิงค์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และ 2) ศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะในการจัดการนวัตกรรมทางการพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพยาบาลวิชาชีพ จำนวน 322 คน โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม 289 คน และการสนทนากลุ่ม 33 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามซึ่งดัดแปลงจากแนวคิดการจัดการนวัตกรรมของทิดด์และเบสเซนท์ (Tidd & Bessant, 2014) ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (S-CVI = 0.97) และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Cronbach’s alpha) เท่ากับ 0.98 พร้อมแนวคำถามสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการจัดการนวัตกรรมทางการพยาบาลอยู่ในระดับสูง (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.61, S.D. = 0.62) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่พบ ได้แก่ การกำหนดกลยุทธ์ ความต่อเนื่องในการดำเนินงาน งบประมาณ การสื่อสาร และข้อจำกัดของโครงสร้างงาน ข้อเสนอแนะคือ ควรกำหนดนโยบายและกลยุทธ์ที่ชัดเจน พัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการนวัตกรรม โครงสร้างกลุ่มวิจัย การเชื่อมโยงภายนอก และระบบติดตามผลอย่างต่อเนื่อง
