The outbreak of Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) in Thailand in phase III at the beginning in April 2021, from epidemiological assessments, found that the situations were concerned. In Thailand, preparations for vaccination with the provision of vaccines have been made to provide populations the opportunity to access the safest and effective vaccines as the country's potential can afford, but this remains of concerns. The vaccinations of the population, in terms of both safety and the number of people being vaccinated, are low compared to other countries. Local government agencies will be able to purchase the COVID-19 vaccine. Can they serve local people themselves? Of the roles that can be performed because the local governments have the authority to protect and control communicable diseases for the benefits of the population in the community, but there are some issues about redundancy. Therefore, the interpretation will depend on the Office of the Auditor General (OAG) and the results of discussions with the Ministry of Public Health.
