Roles of Operations in the Production of Graduates in Health Sciences in the Next Decade of Praboromarajchanok Institute
Abstract
The Praboromarajchanok Institute (PI) has a mission in the next decade to produce graduates in the health sciences for the 21st century and who are prepared for a new way of life. PI will focus on producing graduates who are creative, are skilled in health communication to foster cooperation, and can coordinate with others. The graduates can become community leaders in health through cultivating knowledge from professional teachers. Students learn about adhering to health principles, building, repairing and implementing the PI Model 2022 policy including the family health promotion card of 30 baht, and preventing a wide range of diseases. PI’s goal is to produce graduates in health sciences in the next decade that meet the need for health personnel providing systematic service to the Thai people. Therefore, the PI Model 2022 policy includes a project to solve the national crisis of COVID-19 with a family health promotion card of 30 baht. The goal is preventing all diseases and having a policy for transferring operations to achieve results. There is cooperation in the NESDB roaming project to create cooperation with educational institutions under the Ministry of Education. This project aims to increase the potential to accepting health science students in the future. The institute, therefore, plays an important role in shaping the health sciences workforce in the 21st century.
