A set of questionnaires was used to collect data including knowledge dental caries prevention and tooth brushing skills. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and comparing mean scores before and after experiment, using dependent samples t-test.

The results indicated that in the sample group’s post-test means scores of knowledges dental caries prevention behaviors and tooth brushing skills were significantly higher than the pre-test (t = 15.64, 22.63 and 7.21, respectively) at p-value .001. These results suggest that healthcare personnel can work together with teachers to apply for this program as a guideline to develop knowledge and tooth brushing skills for students.
