Elderly Health Promotion with Maneevej Science

Health promotion for the elderly is profound in its methodology and simple implementation including suitability according to the anatomical and physiological changes of the elderly. Maneevej science of the structure of the body to a balanced state that combines the science of traditional Thai medicine. China and India Applied to balance to balance the body. Which method is not complicated can practice anywhere, anytime does not require any equipment. Therefore it is appropriate to bring health promotion for the elderly. This article focuses on Maneevej science used to promote health for the elderly in 2 the points: 1) Balancing the body, including standing, walking, sitting and sleeping and 2) Body exercises include 5 upper body exercises and 3 lower body exercises. The elderly should follow the Maneevej science of gemology as part of their lifestyle in order to promote politeness and physical strength according to their physical condition according to age.
