บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้กล่าวถึงโรคหรือความผิดปกติที่เกิดขึ้นกับมดลูก โดยเฉพาะการเกิดก้อนเนื้องอกในมดลูก การรักษาที่ถูกนำมาใช้มากที่สุดคือการผ่าตัด แต่อาจมีความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อนหลังการผ่าตัดทั้งระบบหายใจและระบบกล้ามเนื้อ เช่น ภาวะปอดอักเสบและภาวะถุงลมแฟบหลังการผ่าตัดรวมทั้งการมีเสมหะคั่งค้างอยู่ในหลอดลม ส่งผลให้เกิดการติดเชื้อของระบบทางเดินหายใจ นอกจากนี้ อาการปวดหลังจากการบล็อกหลัง หรือ อาการปวดแผลผ่าตัดที่หน้าท้องส่งผลให้ผู้ป่วยมีการเคลื่อนไหวลดลง ดังนั้น วัตถุประสงค์ของบทความครั้งนี้เพื่อให้นักกายภาพบำบัดที่ดูแลผู้ป่วยก่อนและหลังการผ่าตัดมดลูกได้ทบทวนรูปแบบของการผ่าตัดและตระหนักถึงภาวะแทรกซ้อนของระบบหายใจที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการผ่าตัด เพื่อสามารถให้การรักษาที่เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดแก่ผู้ป่วยหลังการผ่าตัดมดลูก
