Abstract

This article discussed the diseases or disorders that occurred in the uterus, especially, tumors in the uterus. Treatment frequently used is hysterectomy, but this treatment may be risks for post-operative complications, including respiratory and musculoskeletal systems such as pneumonia, alveoli deflation. In additions, a blockade of a trachea by phlegm may result in the infection of the respiratory system. Additionally, the back pain after the spinal block or lesion pain after abdominal surgery causes the patients to reduce mobility. Therefore, the purpose in this article was to inform physical therapists the role in prevention, treatment and rehabilitation for the relief of symptoms and giving the patients with the ultimate benefits after the surgery.
