Timed Up and Go (TUG) และความเร็วในการเดิน ระยะเวลาของการก้าว ความยาวก้าว และความถี่ของการก้าว ในช่วงก่อนฝึก หลังฝึกครบ 4 สัปดาห์ และหลังฝึกครบ 8 สัปดาห์ โดยใช้สถิติ Two-way Mixed-Effect ANOVA และทดสอบ post hoc โดยใช้สถิติ Bonferroni
