ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพของแรงงานข้ามชาติลาวภาคเกษตรกรรม อำเภอบ้านแพง จังหวัดนครพนม

แรงงานข้ามชาติเป็นกลุ่มบุคคลที่เข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพในท้องถิ่นได้ยาก การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพของแรงงานข้ามชาติ และปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพในพื้นที่ชายแดน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือแรงงานสัญชาติลาวที่ทำงานในภาคเกษตรกรรมในอำเภอบ้านแพง จังหวัดนครพนม จำนวน 129 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพ และแบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพ ซึ่งครอบคลุม 5 มิติตาม The Andersen Healthcare Utilization Model แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นด้านปัจจัยเสี่ยงด้านการทำงานเท่ากับ .92 และด้านการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพของแรงงานข้ามชาติเท่ากับ .99 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แรงงานข้ามชาติมีระดับการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับน้อย และมีปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการเข้าถึงบริการ ได้แก่ การได้รับความช่วยเหลือค่ารักษาพยาบาล (β= .167, p<.05) และการปล่อยให้อาการเจ็บป่วยหายเอง (β=.152, p<.05) มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพ ขณะที่การรักษาในสถานพยาบาลของรัฐ (β=-.318, p<.001) การได้รับการดูแลจากเพื่อนหรือญาติ (β=-.132, p<.05) และการได้รับการอบรมเกี่ยวกับสารเคมี (β=-.169, p<.01) มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบกับการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพ โดยโมเดลสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพได้ร้อยละ 19 (Adjusted R²=.190) ข้อค้นพบที่ได้จากการศึกษาสะท้อนถึงข้อจำกัดด้านการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพของแรงงานข้ามชาติในพื้นที่ชายแดน ซึ่งใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพิจารณาสำหรับการพัฒนาระบบบริการที่ตอบสนองต่อบริบทและความจำเป็นของแรงงานข้ามชาติ เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสในการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพอย่างเท่าเทียมและยั่งยืน
