บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองชนิดกลุ่มเดียวมีการทดสอบก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนความรู้และการรับรู้ความสามารถในการดูแลมิติจิตวิญญาณก่อนหลังใช้แอพพลิเคชั่นการดูแลแบบประคับประคองในมิติจิตวิญญาณตามวิถีพหุวัฒนธรรมของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน และเพื่อประเมินระดับความพึงพอใจในการใช้แอพพลิเคชั่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน จำนวน 45 ราย ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน คือ 1) แอพพลิเคชั่นการดูแลแบบประคับประคองมิติจิตวิญญาณตามวิถีพหุวัฒนธรรม “I CARE” 2) เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลในมิติจิตวิญญาณ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ความสามารถในการดูแลในมิติจิตวิญญาณ และแบบประเมินความพึงใจในการใช้แอพพลิเคชั่น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และใช้สถิติ paired t-test ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความรู้และการรับรู้ความสามารถในดูแลมิติจิตวิญญาณหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการใช้แอพพลิเคชั่นการดูแลแบบประคับประคองในมิติจิตวิญญาณตามวิถีพหุวัฒนธรรมของอาสาสมัครสาธารสุขประจำหมู่บ้านอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 (t = -9.23, t = -33.59) ตามลำดับ และการประเมินความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก
