องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะพยาบาลหัวหน้าเวรหอผู้ป่วยศัลยกรรมโรงพยาบาลของรัฐ ระดับทุติยภูมิ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์และกำหนดองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะพยาบาลหัวหน้าเวรหอผู้ป่วยศัลยกรรมในโรงพยาบาลของรัฐระดับทุติยภูมิ กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพจำนวน 214 คน ที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อยหนึ่งปี และได้รับมอบหมายให้เป็นหัวหน้าเวรหอผู้ป่วยศัลยกรรม ในโรงพยาบาลของรัฐ ระดับทุติยภูมิ เขตบริการสุขภาพที่ 5 จำนวน 11 โรงพยาบาล เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นมา ประกอบด้วยสองส่วนคือ 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และ 2) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะพยาบาลหัวหน้าเวรหอผู้ป่วยศัลยกรรม ใช้มาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความตรงของเนื้อหาเท่ากับ .91 มีความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ .98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจด้วยวิธีสกัดตัวประกอบหลัก หมุนแกนตัวประกอบด้วยออโธกอนอลด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะพยาบาลหัวหน้าเวรหอผู้ป่วยศัลยกรรมโรงพยาบาลของรัฐระดับทุติยภูมิ มี 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ด้านเทคโนโลยีและสารสนเทศ มี 12 ตัวแปร ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบ .37-.78 2) ด้านคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม มี 15 ตัวแปร ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบ .43-.79 3) ด้านภาวะผู้นำ มี 14 ตัวแปร ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบ .41-.72 4) ด้านความเชี่ยวชาญเชิงวิชาชีพ มี 7 ตัวแปร ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบ .52 -.65 5) ด้านทักษะการสื่อสารและสัมพันธภาพ มี 8 ตัวแปร ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบ .44-.64 และ 6) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ มี 4 ตัวแปร ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบ .33-.35 จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะว่าควรหาความสัมพันธ์ หรือปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อจัดการเชิงลึก สามารถทำการวิจัยที่ขยายประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างในกลุ่มพยาบาลหัวหน้าเวรหอผู้ป่วยการพยาบาลสาขาอื่นๆ ที่มากขึ้น
