บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับพลังสุขภาพจิต ภาวะซึมเศร้า และแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพลังสุขภาพจิต และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพลังสุขภาพจิต ของผู้ป่วยไตวายเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายที่ได้รับการล้างไตทางช่องท้องอย่างต่อเนื่อง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นผู้ป่วยไตวายเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายที่ได้รับการล้างไตทางช่องท้องอย่างต่อเนื่องที่เข้ารับบริการที่คลินิกล้างไตทางช่องท้อง โรงพยาบาลสุรินทร์ ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย โดยวิธีการจับฉลาก จำนวน 121 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามประกอบด้วย 4 ส่วน คือ 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) แบบสอบถามพลังสุขภาพจิต 3) แบบสอบถามภาวะซึมเศร้า และ 4) แบบสอบถามแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับโดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค มีค่าเท่ากับ .81, .85 และ .87 ตามลำดับ เก็บข้อมูล ระหว่างวันที่ 1มิถุนายน 2564 ถึง 31 มกราคม 2565 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ แบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพลังสุขภาพจิต ของผู้ป่วยไตวายเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายที่ได้รับการล้างไตทางช่องท้องอย่างต่อเนื่อง คือแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมและภาวะซึมเศร้าซึ่งสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของพลังสุขภาพจิตได้ร้อยละ 51.00 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (Adjusted R2=.51, p<.01) ซึ่งสร้างตัวแบบสมการถดถอยพหุคูณ โดยสร้างสมการในรูปแบบคะแนนมาตรฐาน ได้ดังนี้ Ŷ= .56(แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม) - .33 (ภาวะซึมเศร้า) ดังนั้น ควรมีการพัฒนาโปรแกรมหรือสื่อที่เหมาะสมในการส่งเสริมพลังสุขภาพจิต แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม และป้องกันภาวะซึมเศร้า
