ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูง ในการป้องกันการเกิดโรคไตเรื้อรัง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูงในการป้องกันการเกิดโรคไตเรื้อรัง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูงและรับยาอย่างต่อเนื่องจากโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลป่าเซ่า อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ จำนวน 186 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความรู้ แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพตนเอง และแบบสอบถามการรับรู้ของผู้ป่วยในการป้องกันการเกิดโรคไตเรื้อรังจากโรคความดันโลหิตสูงที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 ท่าน ได้ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) อยู่ระหว่าง .67-1.00 และหาค่าความเชื่อมั่น ได้ค่าเท่ากับ .72 .71 และ .76 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของการเกิดโรค และการรับรู้อุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดโรคไตเรื้อรังจากโรคความดันโลหิตสูง สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูงในการป้องกันการเกิดโรคไตเรื้อรังได้ร้อยละ 7.6 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (R2=.076, Adj R2=.066, SEE=3.452, F=7.55, p<.05) จากผลการวิจัยบุคลากรควรหากลยุทธ์เพื่อส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนรับรู้ถึงความรุนแรงของการเกิดโรคและการจัดการตนเองเพื่อลดอุปสรรคในการดูแลสุขภาพของตนเอง
