ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยคัดสรรกับความปวดหลังผ่าตัดของผู้ป่วย ที่ได้รับยาระงับความรู้สึกทั่วร่างกายในห้องพักฟื้น

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยายหาความสัมพันธ์แบบย้อนหลัง เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยคัดสรรกับความปวดหลังผ่าตัดของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับยาระงับความรู้สึกทั่วร่างกายในห้องพักฟื้น เก็บข้อมูลย้อนหลังจากการทบทวนเวชระเบียนระหว่างเดือนมกราคม พ.ศ.2562 ถึง เดือน ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2564 กำหนดจำนวนตามสัดส่วนแต่ละปี ทำการสุ่มอย่างง่ายแบบชั้นภูมิในกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เข้าเกณฑ์คัดเข้าจำนวน 112 ราย เครื่องมือวิจัยได้แก่ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ข้อมูลการผ่าตัด และการจัดการความปวดในห้องพักฟื้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย หาความสัมพันธ์แบบไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ได้รับการจัดการความปวดร้อยละ 79.5 มีประสบการณ์ความปวดร้อยละ 50.9 ได้รับการผ่าตัดศัลยกรรมทั่วไปร้อยละ 49.1 ไม่มีภาวะแทรกซ้อนร้อยละ 83.0 การจัดการความปวดและจำนวนภาวะแทรกซ้อนมีความสัมพันธ์กับความปวดหลังผ่าตัดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (c2= 77.554, p= .000, c2= 14.445, p= .000 ตามลำดับ) แต่ประสบการณ์ความปวดและชนิดการผ่าตัดไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความปวดหลังผ่าตัด พยาบาลห้องพักฟื้นควรให้ความสำคัญในการจัดการความปวดหลังผ่าตัด เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัด
