การรับรู้ปัญหาสุขภาพและความต้องการการดูแลสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุที่สอดคล้องกับวัฒนธรรม ความเชื่อ และวิถีชีวิต ในพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออก(อีอีซี)

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ปัญหาด้านสุขภาพ ความต้องการการดูแลสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุที่สอดคล้องกับวัฒนธรรม ความเชื่อ และวิถีชีวิต ในพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออก และเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ปัญหาด้านสุขภาพ และความต้องการการดูแลสุขภาพฯ ของผู้สูงอายุ ที่มีความแตกต่างกันของ เพศ อายุ ความถี่ในการเข้ารับการรักษาพยาบาล และการมีโรคประจำตัว ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ ผู้สูงอายุที่มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป คำนวณขนาดตัวอย่างได้ 440 คน ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอนเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ส่วน คือ ข้อมูลทั่วไป การรับรู้เปัญหาด้านสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ และความต้องการการดูแลสุขภาพฯ ของผู้สูงอายุ เก็บข้อมูลโดยทีมผู้วิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ Independent Sample t-test ผลการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 71.8 มีอายุระหว่าง 71-80 ปี มากที่สุดร้อยละ 54.8 ส่วนใหญ่มีระดับการศึกษาประถมศึกษาตอนปลายร้อยละ 68.4 มีความถี่ 1-5 ครั้งในการเข้ารับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาลมากที่สุดร้อยละ 66.6 และส่วนใหญ่มีโรคประจำตัว ร้อยละ 54.4 พบว่า ผู้สูงอายุมีการรับรู้ปัญหาสุขภาพด้านจิตใจในระดับมาก (Mean 3.61, SD=.35) และรับรู้ปัญหาสุขภาพด้านร่างกาย และด้านจิตวิญญาณ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean 3.18, SD=.47 และ Mean 3.00, SD=.34 ตามลำดับ) ผู้สูงอายุมีระดับความต้องการการดูแลสุขภาพฯ ด้านปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้านการดูแลสุขภาพตามวิถีชีวิต และด้านพฤติกรรมการดำเนินชีวิตในระดับมากที่สุด (Mean 4.52 (SD=.71), Mean 4.51 (SD=.78) และ Mean 4.50 (SD.81) ตามลำดับ) นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า เพศ อายุ และความถี่ในการเข้ารับการรักษาพยาบาล ที่แตกต่างกันส่งผลให้การรับรู้ปัญหาด้านสุขภาพ และความต้องการการดูแลสุขภาพฯ แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และการมีโรคประจำตัวที่แตกต่างกันส่งผลให้การรับรู้ปัญหาด้านสุขภาพแตกต่างกันด้วย ซึ่งผู้วิจัยจะนำข้อมูลที่ได้ใช้เพื่อ ผลการศึกษานี้ นักวิจัยจะใช้เพื่อพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ และสร้างนวัตกรรมองค์ความรู้ เพื่อเกื้อกูลบริการพยาบาลข้ามวัฒนธรรมในผู้สูงอายุต่อไป
