การเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพ ที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนและปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดพะเยา จำนวน 438 ราย สุ่มคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ และแบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคมในการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหามีค่า เท่ากับ .90 และ .91 ตามลำดับ และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .849 และ .868 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ เชิงพรรณนา สถิติไควสแคว์ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของสเปียร์แมน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅=2.55, SD=.28) นอกจากนี้ อายุ ระยะเวลาในการตรวจติดตามการนัด และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพจำเป็นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ (r=.140, p<.01; r=.104, p<.05; r=.170, p<.01) ตามลำดับ ระยะเวลาในการรอพบบุคลากรการแพทย์มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพจำเป็นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ (r=-.127, p<.01) และลักษณะที่ตั้งของเมืองที่อยู่อาศัยมีความสัมพันธ์กับการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ (χ2=27.518, p<.01) ดังนั้นการส่งเสริมให้ผู้สูงอายุเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพที่จำเป็น ควรให้ความสำคัญกับปัจจัยด้าน อายุ ระยะเวลาในการตรวจติดตามการนัด การสนับสนุนทางสังคม ระยะเวลาในการรอพบบุคลากรการแพทย์ และลักษณะที่ตั้งของเมืองที่อยู่อาศัย เพื่อให้ผู้สูงอายุสามารถเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพที่จำเป็นได้มากขึ้นอย่างเหมาะสมและต่อเนื่อง
