บทบาทคณะกรรมการคุณภาพชีวิตระดับอำเภอ(พชอ.) ต่อการควบคุมป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ในมุมมองของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) อำเภอบ้านค่าย จังหวัดระยอง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลการดำเนินงานควบคุมป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของคณะกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตระดับอำเภอ ต่อการควบคุมป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ในมุมมองของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือคณะกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตระดับอำเภอบ้านค่าย จำนวน 11 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง และอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) จำนวน 304 คน โดยการประมาณสัดส่วน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง และแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นด้วยวิธี Priority Needs Index; PNI modified ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คณะกรรมการคุณภาพชีวิตระดับอำเภอบ้านค่าย มีมุมมองต่อการควบคุมป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ในด้านภาวะผู้นำ ด้านการวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ ด้านการมุ่งเน้นประชาชน ว่ามีความชัดเจนแล้ว แต่พบว่า ด้านการมุ่งเน้นบุคลากร ยังไม่มีการจัดการความรู้ และไม่มีการจัดทำแผนการพัฒนาบุคลากรที่เป็นรูปธรรม และพบว่า อสม. มีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทคณะกรรมการคุณภาพชีวิตฯ ทั้ง 3 ด้านในระดับดี คือ ด้านการกระตุ้นหนุนเสริม ด้านการขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานและติดตามประเมินผล และด้านการเติมเต็มส่วนขาด (ค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่าง 3.85-4.08, SD .493-.773) และเมื่อการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของค่าดัชนีจัดเรียงลำดับบทบาทที่เป็นจริงเปรียบเทียบกับบทบาทที่คาดหวังที่ควรได้รับการปรับปรุง (PNI modified) เป็นอันดับที่ 1 คือ ด้านการกระตุ้น หนุนเสริม (PNI modified = -.108) รองลงมาคือ ด้านการเติมเต็มส่วนขาด (PNI modified = -.086) และ ด้านการขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานและติดตามประเมินผล (PNI modified = -.072)
